Balloon Festival

There is a balloon festival in Cedar City every year, and this year we went! We drove to Cedar City and stayed in a hotel overnight (Matthew LOVES hotels). Then we got up REALLY early to watch the balloons take off. The first balloon ready to take off!

The town set up games and places to shop in a field. Matthew really enjoyed this obstacle course bouncy house.

We sat and watched the remote-controlled airplanes for a while. I liked the snoopy airplane.

The cutest little kitty came to visit us. Her owner had a whole basket of kittens for adoption. We did not get one. :)

We went with a bunch of families from the playgroup. Here we are taking over an italian restaurant that apparently does not normally serve pizza. They took one look at the group of us and agreed to make pizza just for us. It was good!
