Apple Picking

There is an orchard in the middle of the Las Vegas desert! Apparently, the farm does not always make money but has been set up by the original owners so that it will always remain a U'pick Orchard. We went at the tail end of the season, but they still had a few apples, pumpkins, peppers, okra (although I didn't see any), eggplant and melons. I can't wait to go back next year and pick peaches!

We had to go under the tree and look up to find the apples. Most had been picked over.
